Veterans First.

Red Tape Last.

Navigating the VA system can be overwhelming and expensive. VBSi is here to remove financial and bureaucratic obstacles, ensuring Veterans, Service Members, and their VA-accredited or non-accredited attorneys and claim agents have the resources and support needed to secure the benefits they have rightfully earned.

Who We Are:

Veterans Benefits Support, Inc. (VBSi) is a soon-to-be Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering veterans, active-duty service members, and their families through VA-compliant education and support.

Our mission is to provide clear, accessible resources on VA benefits, veterans’ rights, and related topics to help them navigate the systems designed to assist them.

Who We Help:

  • Veterans & Service Members: Ensuring they receive the benefits they’ve earned.

  • VA-Accredited & Non-Accredited Attorneys & Claim Agents: Supporting their work by funding fees and providing training.

  • Donors & Supporters: Offering a transparent way to make a meaningful impact.

What We Do:

VBSi funds both accredited and non-accredited providers to deliver comprehensive educational services while adhering to VA regulations. Although we do not directly handle claim-specific representation, we prioritize funding for accredited representatives when appeals or representation are needed, ensuring full compliance with VA guidelines.

VBSi Objectives

  • Broad Education: Deliver VA-compliant education on benefits, processes, and rights without direct involvement in claims.
  • Representation Access: Fund-accredited representatives for appeals and claim support within VA guidelines.
  • Essential Support: Provide financial assistance for housing, healthcare, and social needs, focusing on veterans facing hardship.
  • Advocacy: Promote expanded protections and benefits through legislative and policy efforts.
  • Resource Expansion: Train civilian attorneys and advocates in veterans’ law to build a stronger VA-compliant support network.
